The best value for money we had so far in Yucatan! The location is excellent, 20 minutes walk from the entrance to Chichen Itza (or 5 minutes by car). The hotel is newly renovated, clean, nice big rooms with comfortable bathroom and good AC. The restaurant offers great food at a very good price. The gardens are really nice and the pool well maintained.
The rooms were very clean, and the staff was extremely helpful and personable. The restaurant was great. I was here 6 days and tried almost everything on the menu. Nothing disappointed. The service makes all the difference, and everyone I encountered was kind and patient with my limited Spanish! Small hotel, but definitely 5-star service!

Big enough motel room in sprawling two-storey hotel with large and beautiful tropical gardens and pool. Good, rather elegant restaurant. Service excellent in hotel and restaurant. Charming to see restaurant staff being trained to traditional European standards. Beds comfortable -- soft but firm. Sufficient plugs. Good lighting. Daily maid service. As elsewhere in Yucatan, you are asked to put toilet paper in covered receptacle next to toilet. Motel-style parking in front of hotel. More than sufficient for the number of guests, which were fewer than the hotel deserves. Close to Chichen-itza ruins. Maid service left us with a beautiful creation of two birds formed from towels and decorated with flowers.
I can only rate the restaurant. The food is fine, but the taxi driver essentially forced our hand coming here. The service was very nice. Food was your basic hotel fare. I don't want to give a lower star rating because on the scale of hotel food it was fine.
This is a REALLY NICE HOTEL. Beds are super soft and comfortable. Ac works great, hot water is nice, and the rooms are super clean. It's also very affordable at $70/night and has a good restruant on site.
The front desk staff are so kind and helpful and it really is a lovely hotel. My 10-year-old son loved the buffet. It was pretty simple, but good food and a great price. We enjoyed the pool and the room was very comfortable. It’s a great place if you want to visit Chichen-Itzá early. Get there at 8 AM and beat the crowds! We left valuables in the room and it was all ok. I saw a review that said otherwise and we found that to not be accurate.
I was really fortunate to find this place. The manager who runs this join is absolutely lovely, and such a great representation and ambassador of Mayan culture. Her son also works at the restaurant that is attached to the joint. I can’t imagine a better a better finish to visiting Chichén Itzá other than checking in this hotel and ha sign a swim and then having a fresh lime soup from the restaurant in this hotel. You won’t regret it. It will make for an extraordinarily memorable experience.
